There is nothing more rewarding than working in a close-knit team, where everybody has each other’s back, not just when things are going well but when times are tough.

Research shows that the highest performing teams also have the highest levels of trust. They are united by a clearly defined purpose and shared values. The Climb High sessions are designed to unleash the power that comes from people working together.

Why climb high?

The Climb High sessions are designed around the needs of a team or business. Every session is bespoke, highly interactive and fun. I will work with you to understand what it is you want to achieve and how I can best support you both before, during and after the session. Previous clients have chosen to climb high in order to help them:

- Understand their purpose and shared values

- Define and implement a strategic plan

- Encourage cultural shift

- Build team engagement, trust, and resilience

- Create and roll out values-led change

Masterclasses

Typically, a masterclass will be a short session (anything from 30 – 90 minutes) designed to challenge thinking and inspire action.

Masterclasses work well at conferences and for those events where you have a packed agenda and want to introduce a topic or theme at a high level.

Masterclasses are great for groups of any size and will always be interactive so that people get a ‘lived experience’ of the topic being explored.

Workshops

Workshops are longer than masterclasses (3 hours plus) and can be offered as a one-off event or delivered as a series, to support sustainable change.

Workshops work best for a maximum of 15 people.  If you would like a workshop for larger groups, I will work with you to agree the best method of delivery to achieve your desired outcome.

These sessions are designed to help people climb high.  However, to do this, there is nearly always a requirement to dive deep as part of the process.
